Two routes, one interchange
Your line runs on the left. The employer's runs on the right. They meet at the key — the only place a conversation can start.
Employers search by service — cleaning, cooking, nanny, elder care, plumbing, air conditioning. If your skills are empty you will not appear in any of those searches. You choose them when you sign up, and you can add or change them any time in your profile.
Your skills are what the search looks at. Employers filter by service. Leave them empty and you appear in nothing. Choose them at sign-up, change them any time in your profile.
Being searchable is automatic. With your skills filled in, employers can find you. There is nothing else to switch on.
Live is a switch. Turn it on in profile settings, page two. Search and live can both be turned off in the same place.
Stop logging in and after 7 days you stop appearing in the search. You can still see job posts and advertisements.
Verification is a choice, never required. Homes can find you and hire you either way.
Anything else? Ask it in La Banqueta — Don Sabelotodo will answer when he can.
